What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners. We can also accept alternative methods like wires or checks under certain conditions, contact us to learn more.
How can I compare your different plans and features?

Are there additional setup or other hidden fees?
Nope! All that you pay is listed above. We never charge hidden fees, start up fees, setup fees, overage fees or raise your price just because.
How can I change my plan level?
You can change you plan level anytime during trial or after you've purchased by going to the billing page under the account menu and clicking change plan. Learn more on our help center. If you are an existing customer and are interested in trying our a different plan, contact us we'd be happy to help.
What happens when my trial ends?
Once your free trial period is over, you will be asked to select a plan and enter a credit card to continue using Farmbrite. You can cancel anytime. If you need extra time on your trial, just contact us and we'd be happy to extend your trial.
How does the subscription work?
Farmbrite is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan automatically renews every month or year (depending on the term you choose). Your payment method on file will automatically be charged at the beginning of your billing period. You can learn more from our terms of use.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your trial or paid account anytime by going to the billing page under the account menu and clicking cancel account. Once your account is cancelled you will no longer be able to access any of the data you've entered. If you want to pause your billing, contact us to pause your subscription. What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for monthly accounts, you must cancel your account before it renews in order to avoid next month's charge. For annual accounts you must cancel before your renewal date to avoid next year's charge. We reserve the right to decline issuing refunds for partial years and to reduce your refund by the amount of any credit card processing fees. Read more in our Terms of Use.
What is an active animal?
Some plans are limited by the number of active animals. An active animal is an individual animal or set of animals, like a flock of chickens (where you are not tracking individual animal records). Active animals are only those animals that have an active status, meaning they are alive and are current being managed or tracked.
What are account optimization reviews
Some plans include a dedicated account manager and account optimization reviews allowing you to schedule a one-on-one meeting with a product expert on our customer success team who will to do a personalized audit of your Farmbrite account to help make sure you are getting the most out of it for your business needs.
Does the price include updates and maintenance?
Farmbrite is a cloud based application with nothing to download or install. All account receive ongoing maintenance updates and the release of new features and improvements that will be automatically added to your account.
What countries does Farmbrite work in?
Farmbrite works for global customers from all around the world. Farmbrite offers localized currency, measurement and language support directly within our platform. We currently support farmers from over 100 countries.
